It was only a week ago that I was sharing my June Moments<\/a> with you. June was such a busy and fun-packed month and I’m pleased to say that July continued with that theme. I’m finally catching up with work, emails and blog posts. I feel I’ve been in a constant cycle of catching up recently and I really must break that.<\/p>\n

Throughout July I went away on a surprise Wow Trip to Cologne, met up with a few friends, worked hard, learnt new video production skills and took a lot of photos of food.<\/p>\n

This is a round-up of my July through iPhone snaps.<\/p>\n

\"Coconut<\/a><\/p>\n

A fresh coconut from Pom at the Sharrowvale Market here in Sheffield.<\/p>\n

This was the first time we’ve been to the market and it did not disappoint. We stocked up on the best and most affordable fresh fruit. I had berries FOR DAYS and we spent the evening chopping and freezing half of it for future baking and porridge.<\/p>\n

There were lots of stalls from local independent businesses as well as food trucks. I picked up a bar of goat’s milk soap to try for my eczema and will be reporting back soon.<\/p>\n

The next Sharrowvale market is in December. It’s well worth popping by but arrive early because it gets very busy.
\n\"Wow<\/a><\/p>\n

One of the highlights of my month was going on a Wow Trip<\/a>. They arrange surprise holidays where you discover your destination at the airport. It’s such a fun concept and a brilliant way to push yourself out of your comfort zone.<\/p>\n

The trip was organised by Monica<\/a> who runs The Blogger Course<\/a>. It was fantastic to go away with a group of like-minded people. I opened up my boarding pass on the train to the airport and was delighted to find that we were going to Cologne. There will be a full blog post about Wow Trip later this week.<\/p>\n

\"Ice<\/a><\/p>\n

We ate delicious dairy-free ice cream on the trip and spent our days chatting about travel and blogging.<\/p>\n

\"Cologne<\/a><\/p>\n

Look how pretty the buildings in Cologne are.<\/p>\n

\"View<\/a><\/p>\n

I’m not normally one for heights but I decided to join everyone at the top of the\u00a0KolnTrianglee. It was just a couple of euros to take the lift to the top where there was the most beautiful view across the city.<\/p>\n

\"Pretzel\"<\/a><\/p>\n

You can’t go to Germany without having a salty pretzel.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/a><\/p>\n

When I got back from Germany I met up with C for lunch on Kelham Island. We’d planned to go to the new Mexican restaurant, pi\u00f1a but it was full for the football. I always love catching up with C and hopefully, we’ll get to pi\u00f1a in September.<\/p>\n

\"Pina<\/a><\/p>\n

A quick snap outside of pi\u00f1a. I really can’t wait to try this place out, I’ve heard good things about their food.<\/p>\n

\"Abandoned<\/a><\/p>\n

I love this beautiful abandoned building in the centre of Sheffield. I’m excited to see what they turn it into in the near future.<\/p>\n

\"Me<\/a><\/p>\n

I’ve been making the most of my summer clothes over the last few months. The weather has been lovely and we don’t normally get much of that here in Sheffield.<\/p>\n

One of my favourite pieces is this fab fruity skirt from Cath Kidston.<\/a>\u00a0I actually picked up quite a lot of their summer collection, the fruit and ice lolly theme was just so cute.<\/p>\n

\"Indulge<\/a><\/p>\n

The lovely folk at Indulge Beauty<\/a>, a new store in London kindly sent through a few of their favourite products for me to try out. I took a bunch of these away with me and so far, I’m loving the Sachajuan Ocean Mist, the Urban Decay All Nighter and the Hydra-Essential cream from Clarins (an all-time favourite).\u00a0<\/em>I’m still making my way through the products and can’t wait to share a full post with my thoughts.<\/p>\n

\"Greek<\/a><\/p>\n

Towards the end of the month Phil and I met for a lunch break outside our favourite Greek deli,\u00a0Kosta’s. We ordered a huge salad and chips to share and pretended we were in Greece for just a moment.<\/p>\n

\"Gaard<\/a><\/p>\n

I met up with Kirstie from Sidekick PR to interview her for my podcast – listen here<\/a>. We recorded the episode in Gaard Coffee Hide. It’s a fab little coffee shop with in and outdoor seating. They offer a selection of tasty vegan cakes and fab coffee. I’m all about iced Americanos at the moment.<\/p>\n

\"Chambord<\/a><\/p>\n

I spent a lot of time working with Connor on videos. We started off with cocktails and made 3 videos for my Instagram channel which we’re really proud of.<\/p>\n

We’re also taking on clients for the final stretch of the year. If you’re a brand or social influencer and would like to work together on videography and photography projects just drop me a message.<\/p>\n
