September has been and gone and we’re quickly making our way to the middle of October. I’m currently using up all my autumnal candles from the last few years and my house smells of cinnamon and\u00a0patchouli, it’s lovely.<\/p>\n

I had a fab month work-wise which I was really pleased with. The summer months were a little slower than usual because of this.<\/a>\u00a0I also find that blog work tends to speed up over the autumn and winter months so I’m delighted to be back in the swing of things.<\/p>\n

\"Beret<\/a><\/p>\n

I spent the start of the month working on various projects and client work and then the end of September was all about seeing my family and working from Cambridge.<\/p>\n

Let’s take a little look back at September through snaps on my iPhone.<\/p>\n

\"Huddersfield<\/a><\/p>\n

I had a couple of trips to Huddersfield at the start of the month. As with all my trips back to my hometown, it was to visit my grandma. My mum and I took her out for lunch, shopping and simply spent a little quality time together. I always love having the chance to see her and it was fun to tell her about my latest news<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"200<\/a><\/p>\n

Phil and I finally found a weekend together where we could try out a new coffee shop. We’d heard good things about 200 Degrees over on Division Street<\/a>\u00a0so it was good to finally check it out.<\/p>\n

The staff are all very friendly and the decor is fab. It has a relaxing atmosphere, even when it’s busy.<\/p>\n

They do a really good flat white and an excellent and very chocolatey vegan brownie.<\/p>\n

\"bragazzis<\/a><\/p>\n

Sandy kindly grabbed a couple of sandwiches for us from good old Bragazzis<\/a> – a cute little Italian coffee shop nestled\u00a0down on\u00a0Abbeydale Road.<\/p>\n

\"New<\/a><\/p>\n

I finally told you all about my new Leesa mattress. We’ve been using it for a good\u00a0few months now and it’s still as comfortable as the first night we slept on it. I actually look forward to getting into bed in the evening, something I’ve never really experienced before. \"Tamper<\/a><\/p>\n

This delicious breakfast is from Tamper coffee when Gemma came to visit. It was the first time I’ve had eggs in months, they tend to flare up my eczema. I loved this day. Gemma and I spent the day working on a new blog idea and then had a spontaneous sleepover. We carried on working through the evening and ended up being a fun and productive weekend.<\/p>\n

\"Me<\/a><\/p>\n

The weather has been classically confusing throughout September. On some days it felt like autumn and on others, it was as though summer had never left. I’ll be honest, this is probably my favourite part of autumn. A clear blue sky but crisp cool air.<\/p>\n

This is a For Love And Lemons<\/a> dress I got in the sale a few years ago. It’s a dress I wear way too much but it’s just so comfy and the quality is lovely. They don’t have any similar styles in stock but it’s always worth keeping an eye on ASOS.<\/p>\n

\"Pret<\/a><\/p>\n

I spent a week in Cambridge which was fab. Actually, my sister came up to Sheffield for a few days before Phil and I headed down there. It was good to spend some time together, watch Fargo season 3 and catch up with my family from Iran.<\/p>\n

I also managed to meet up with A on this trip. I hadn’t seen her for ages so we went for a roast at The Alex and chatted away. It was really nice of her to come into Cambridge so we could hang out.<\/p>\n

\"k's<\/a><\/p>\n

Earlier in the month, I shared a Behind the Biz interview with the lovely\u00a0Delight Mapasure<\/a>, founder of\u00a0K\u2019s Wors<\/a>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0authentic South African Boerewors sausages. She then sent a couple of packs for us to try out and OMG they were delicious. I loved the spicy one best because it has a\u00a0really\u00a0<\/em>good kick of chilly too it as well as so much flavour. I’ll be sharing more about them in a review soon.<\/p>\n
