We were up bright and early last Saturday to make our way to\u00a0Wyken Vineyards Farmers’ Market<\/a>. It takes just under an hour to get there from Cambridge but it’s well worth the visit.<\/p>\n

The market is on every Saturday between\u00a09am-1pm<\/em><\/strong> and is\u00a0filled with makers, bakers and producers all within a beautiful setting. I recommend trying the\u00a0wild salmon from John, the Langham honey and the sourdough bread.<\/p>\n

If you’re lucky you you’ll find yourself walking\u00a0around the stunning private gardens. The gardens were\u00a0filled with colourful flowers, some which I’d never seen before. There were chickens\u00a0and peacocks knocking about but I didn’t want to disturb them just for a photo opportunity.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I recommend wearing appropriate shoes (wellies or Converse) and walking out into the countryside to nosey at the vineyards. You can get up close to the cows and sheep and even venture towards\u00a0the llamas. It’s such a relaxing place to visit, especially if you’re a fan of countryside life.\u00a0
